Media Miscoverage and the Climate Change Concensus

So here we are… Stood in the very sobering shadow of the latest IPCC report, which concluded to the highest degree of certainty thus far, that recent changes to global climate can be attributed to human activities, and that change must occur in order to prevent the collapse of our civilisation.

But, has anybody witnessed any meaningful change being conducted? Nope, me neither.
